Host CPU Ready %

Currently evaluating Veeam One, and have a question on the 'Host CPU Ready time' values on some of the reports.

How is this value calculated? (as CPU Ready is a VM level metric) does ONE calculate all the individual % values for VMs running on a host and them work that out as a percentage of Available physical CPU resource in a host?

CPU ready in a host-level shows average CPU Ready value for all VMs on the host.
