Orphaned Snapshot Email False Warnings

This is my first post so please be gentle with me

When VEEAM Backup & Replication creates backups of VMware VM's VEEAM One creates a false Orphaned Snapshot report.

There are no snapshots present before the backup takes place so it would appear that VEEAM Backup & Replication creates a snapshot but holds on to it for just a little bit too long and an orphaned snapshot error email is fired off.

Is there any way to lenghten the time before it reports the orphaned snapshot?

Check Rules tab of the alarm. You can set the snapshot age there.

Actually, orphaned snapshot should only be triggered after backup/replication job is finished. Can you please tell us how much time VM snapshot removal task takes for the VM in question?
