Topology collection failure

Hi,

we are fairly new to Veeam and VeeamOne. Only running it since 2 weeks now.

Last night I got an error message from VeeamOne "Topology collection failure". 1 Minute later it was reset to normal. Should I still worry about that error message?

Fired by event: VeeamInfCollectionFailedEvent
Event description: Failed to collect infrastructure topology for object backup490.erftstadt.intern. Der Vorgang ist ungültig.
Initiated by: Veeam ONE Monitor

We are running V8 Update 2 with everything on 1 Virutal Server on vSphere 6.

Hi Patrick!
That means you had a data collection time-out, but the data was finally collected. There can be a number of reasons of the behavior. You have nothing to worry about now, but if the failure repeats, take this KB into consideration.
