Hi,
installed veeam one with a 30 days test license.
veeam one monitor working perfectly
veeam one reporter does'nt work. the server collection state is always on error.
the log say : You need to have 'System.Read' privilege on 'Folder:group-d1' object
the vcenter account i tried are a read-only account, a read-only account + specific rights as stated in the manual and a administrator account with full rights
i reinstalled veeam one from scratch twice and still get the same error
what else sould i try

It looks like your error message is similar to this one > Error with version 7.0 of Veeam One. Can you please tell me on what level have you tried assigning the granular/full admins permissions to?

Just talked to our dev team lead, and it appears that you were not assigning permissions on the root level, that is why you had this error message.
