Feature Request - Bare Metal Restore
This would probably be down the line, but it might be a good thing to have bare metal restore available for workstations and servers.
Somehow create a USB boot disk that can access the file on the network and do a full system restore.
I work for a health care organization and we use workstations that have special images on them from the vendors and whenever they get reimaged, we have to get the vendor out to reinstall some applications and reconfigure it. If it had a bare metal restore option, that would be cost effective for us in many ways.

Unless I'm completely misunderstanding what you are asking for, this is already part of the product and is actually one of the coolest and easiest to use features. When you first install the product it has you create a ISO/CD/USB to use for recovery and it can restore from any backup, even over things like WiFi from a NAS.

Tom is right. What you ask is already in the product. Unless Tom means it differently.
I can think of bare metal recovery of (for example) a sysprepped image or something?
Tom, can you provide more detail?

We can restore anything we backed up, be it regular or sysprepped computer... not sure what are you asking here, Mike.

Anton, I'm just trying to see if Tom (requester) has other ideas with our appliance. Think SCCM for example, connect to SCCM and "recover" an approved image.
Makes more sense?
