restore virtual disk

Hello,
is is possible to restore a virtual disk via RESTful API?

A customer likes to give a VM administrator the possibility to restore a vDisk of a VM without giving him access to the BnR GUI.

Nope. Restore options are similar to some extent to the ones available in EM - full VM restore, VM Guest Files.

What about giving him a Restore Operator role in VB&R console? Or his restoration scope should be limited to particular VM only?

Yes, he should only see "his" VMs not thousands of VMs...

I think this situation is more common than "full VM restore" as you normally only "destroy" the operating system so there is no need for a full VM restore, but only the OS disk should be restored.

Would be great if we could add this
