only as far as a guest file.
i did notice that it is only happeneing for a couple of VMs.
All the other VMS show a full and incremental.
i will remove the backup of the Vms which do not show a full and rerun the job.
Since those points are recoverable, I don't think you need to delete them.
What you can do instead is to initiate a new full backup or open a ticket with our support team and let them check whether it's nothing but a UI glitch or something more serious.
