The best and simple way is running the next report.

I have seen Customer running that before upgrading, just to get the full picture of the environment.

How about creating a custom report where the ESXi host is grouped by the vCenter server?

Your best option will be then Custom Infrastructure, a "Report Builder" for vSphere data:

I do not have different vCenters, but something like this could work, or order them by Datacenter for example:
