How can I get the VCenter and each ESXi version managed by the vcenter using VeeamONE?

How about creating a custom report where the ESXi host is grouped by the vCenter server?

Your best option will be then Custom Infrastructure, a "Report Builder" for vSphere data:

I do not have different vCenters, but something like this could work, or order them by Datacenter for example:
