Veeam One v12 Cetificate Name Mismatch

Hi,

After upgrading from Veeam One v11 to v12, I can no longer login using the Web Client.
I'm getting this error message "Failed to validate Veeam One server certificate: Certificate name mismatch".
I didn't have this error when it was v11.

Any thoughts?

Hello,
I do remember upgrading my VONE and it got rid of my lets encrypt ssl. If I were you, I would try:
Make a snapshot before doing anything
Give this a quick try, I am guessing you do not use commercial ssl? https://www.veeam.com/kb4310

Open a support ticket if those steps fails.

I am using a self signed certificate.

Very glad to hear, apologies for the bump when upgrading. I face it with my lets encrypt, but I think it could not be reproduced by QA, maybe something with old SSL, expire date, etc.
