If now my VBR using SQL express, can we change to Postgree without keep any configuration?

I mean 'Keep any configuration' and not 'without keep any configuration'

Yes.
Keep in mind that you have to install and configure your own PostgreSQL server. We only install a PostgreSQL server for you when you deploy a completely new backup server.
Migration then can be done through configuration backup and restore as documented in our user guide:
