Good afternoon,
It's normal to have te agent backup window with size locked?
I cannot see all options, I've tried different resolutions but no way I can see all options.

The windows cannot be resized. But it should show all options.
Have you tried to change the DPI settings on your Windows machine?
Sometimes a really high DPI setting can make the graphical interface of our products "unusable".
