Is there any way to monitor the jobs Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365 with Zabbix?

Welcome to the forum. I'm not aware of a Zabbix plugin for Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365.

"Veeam Backup & Replication" and "Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365" are different products with completely different API's. The plugin for VBR won't work for VB365.
And the plugin doesn't seemed to be created by Veeam. Did you have asked in the Zabbix forums if they have a plugin for VB365 on their roadmap?

Have you already looked at Veeam One? Veeam One for "Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365" is completely free. No limitations:
