Hi,
I've recently installed Veeam One in our environment and have a few queries - not sure if errors yet so not raised a support case.
1. Missing data in dashboard:
What is supposed to populate this?
2. The Threat Center displays in the VBR Console when running on the VBR server, but shows the following error when run on a VBR console on my computer:
Clicking on "Go to Veeam ONE" does nothing, but I can access the Veeam One Web Client: https://my_veeam_one_svr:1239/
3. I'm trying to resolve some of the issues flagged up (Backup Immutability Status), which states to change the immutability setting, but it's greyed out and unchecked:
Is there a way of resolving this or am I going to have to ignore it or recreate all my S3 repositories?
Any help much appreciated.
Thanks,
Richie

Re: Veeam Threat Center Dashboard and Access Via VBR Console
Hello Richard,
Thanks for posting your questions, let's see if we can resolve them all.
1. Missing data in dashboard:
This is a known issue, to solve this issue, please in VBR:
2. The Threat Center displays in the VBR Console when running on the VBR server, but shows the following error when run on a VBR console on my computer:
To access from your computer, using the VBR Console, you should check you have all the needed VONE Ports opened. But it can be as well some other problem, so I would recommend opening a support ticket if possible and sharing the ticket here.
3. I'm trying to resolve some of the issues flagged up (Backup Immutability Status), which states to change the immutability setting, but it's greyed out and unchecked:
I think once the repository is configured you can not enable the Immutability, if configured you can increase/decrease days. There is some information here that points to official AWS information about how to properly create the buckets with versioning, etc. https://helpcenter.veeam.com/docs/backu ... ml?ver=120
You can create a new bucket with everything properly configured in AWS, add it to Veeam and mark the Immutability, and then use the new Move functionality so you can move backups from one repository to another, and the jobs will pick those automatically. If in doubts, another support ticket, this time for the Backup & Replication team will be a good idea.
Thank you

Re: Veeam Threat Center Dashboard and Access Via VBR Console
Hi Jorge,
Your fix for issue 1 (Missing data in dashboard) has resolved it.
For issue 2 I will further review my security group config in AWS to see if I've missed any ports - I'll raise a ticket if I can't resolve this.
For issue 3 I will look into recreating the S3 buckets.
Thanks for your help,
Richie
