Migrating VM's to new DC
Hi I need to migrate VMW VM's to DC1 to DC2. Using VMW migrator seems slow but using Veeam replica seems fast. What's the best way & steps for this pls

I can see Failover now, Planned failover after replication in Replicas >> Ready. If I select failover now will this sync changes from source vm to destination vm and make destination vm active ?
