Case: 07611240
B&R ist on the latest version. The remote linux server has veeam agent on it:
root@mail:/home/todde# veeamconfig mode info
Owner: Backup server (srvdc01.tippex.net)
Mode: Job
On the B&R Server I created a job including the linux Server. Under "Physical Infrastructure->Manually added" it shows the server, but fields for "IP Address", "Last seen" and "Backup Agent" are empty. When doing a "rescan" of the the linux agent server I get an error.
The Linux server itself has been part of the B&R server before, but because of an IP change on the linux server I did everything from scratch, meaning removing everything related from the B&R server and re-installing the linux agent on the linux server.
B&R server cannot talk to linux server. Rescan gives an error
Any ideas?

Re: Cannot backup Server with veeam agent on it
Hi Todde
We cannot troubleshot technical issues over a forum topic. Please continue with our customer support team on that issue.
You may try to create a protection group for deploying the agent to the Linux machine.
Best,
Fabian

Hi Fabian,
ok, thanks. Is there another place where I could address this issue, like a community forum or else?
