Teams backup error: Thread was not Found

Anyone this error before? Using v8.2.1.
The same customer has about 3000 other Teams that backup without issue, just these two errors.

I know, but I'm not asking for any investigation, I'm asking other users if they have possibly seen this issue before, that could possibly spare both Veeam and me some time.

Hi Alex,

Kindly, please verify the version you're currently running, since 8.2 has not been released yet, and the latest available version is 8.1.2.180.
In the 8.1.1.159 release, the following issue has been fixed:

Backup of SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams files data may fail with the ‘Failed to download block in time’ error if any of the following errors occur during the processing:
The response status code does not indicate success: 404 (Not Found).

If you see the same error occurring on the latest build, please open a support ticket and provide your logs.
