As of now, we are using SFTP link for uploading the log files. Organization has asked us to switch from SFTP to SFG.
Is it possible to use SFG for uploading the logs?

This forum is managed by the product management team, not the support team, so we do not have influence over the systems provided by support to our customers.
It’s best to contact your support engineer directly, as they can discuss alternative methods for log upload with you.
In some cases, customers provide the logs at their own internet-accessible location, and support downloads the logs from there. This approach might be a suitable solution for you as well.
