VM stun or loss ping when perform backup or replication

I always having this issue when perform the backup or replication, the virtual machine will create the snapshot and once finish will delete the snapshot. 

When this activity happen the VM will like stun and loss ping. 

How can we perform resolve this? 

If the enviroment using storage integration and perform storage SAN backup not issue when perform the hot add and network mode this will facing the issue.
Anyone can provide me method to resolve this?

Please review the KB -- most likely the best answer is to use Backup from Storage Snapshot as it will avoid the issues with VM snapshot stun, and sounds like it's working well for you
