Hy!
I started the upgrade 2-3 hours ago to 8.2.0.2008 version but the installation is still running. It seems stuck for long time in step 5. The progess bar is running: Applying the latest update.
Is it possible that the update is taking so long?
Can I check somewhere if the installation dosen't stuck or get error?
Thanks.

Re: Upgrade from 8.1.1.159 to 8.2.0.2008
Hi Adam,
No, 2–3 hours doesn’t sound right.
You can check the setup logs here:
C:\ProgramData\Veeam\Backup365\Logs\Setup
However, I strongly recommend reaching out to our customer support so they can investigate the logs in detail — trying to fix it yourself could potentially make the situation worse.
Please share the case number with us once it’s created.
Thank you,
Fabian

Re: Upgrade from 8.1.1.159 to 8.2.0.2008
Hy Fabian!
Thanks, but I resolved the issue by myself. I found that the Veeam.Archiver.Proxy service stuck in "pending stopping" status. I stopped the service in manually, and the installation finished successfully.
