Hello experts and good day,
apologies in advance if this has already been asked.
Let’s consider a scenario where Veeam Backup & Replication V13 is still running on Windows as installable software because a customer still owns a legacy Socket-based license. Does the legacy Socket-based license also prevent the possibility of deploying Veeam Infrastructure Appliances to be used as VMware backup proxies or Veeam Hardened Repositories ?
Thanks!

There are no special licensing requirements to use VIA, it's available even for CE.
