Q: How quickly does Veeam add support for newly released OS version?
A: Time to deliver official support depends significantly on whether there are any significant or breaking changes on the OS side that require us to change our code. In general, our target for new OS version support is 90 days. This driven by the approximate cadence of release vehicle for new OS version support which are maintenance releases. However, for enterprise distributions like RHEL we strive to provide a standalone compatibility patch sooner, before the next maintenance release.
