Requested object does not exist in Substrate Directory

Post by AlexL »

Anyone ever seen this error before? Getting this for one customer for two Teams channels, asked them to investigate.
Issue seems to occur since upgrading from v7 to v8.4.

Code: Select all

[Error] Failed to process team: xxxxxxxxx. Failed to execute request SpeedwayService GetGroupAsync: NotFound. ErrorCode: '', Message: 'Requested object does not exist in Substrate Directory.'
Haven't created a ticket yet, waiting for customer feedback.

Hi Alex

The official process works the other way around: please open a support case first and let Support confirm the root cause (our forum policy).
If a discussion with RnD and other customers/partners is still required after that, post the support case number together with the question on our forums.

Thank you for understanding,
Fabian
