Replica jobs for Proxmox will be coming in 13.1, however only local, no Cloud Connect on initial release.

Instant Recovery will be available for Proxmox with Experimental Support in 13.1.

Will that also support replicating VMware to proxmox?

No, it will not.
We don't support cross hypervisor replication.
