Hi everyone,
I am currently experiencing an issue with Veeam Intelligence. Whenever I try to ask a question, I receive the following error message:
"Failed to connect to the Veeam Intelligence. Try again later."
This issue has been persisting for a while. This issue happens on both Veeam deployed in a Japanese data center and Veeam in a North American region. Could anyone please let me know if there is a known service outage on Veeam's side?
Any information or troubleshooting steps would be greatly appreciated.

It looks like a technical issue - I recommend opening a support case and providing full logs from both locations.
Internally, no such issues are being reported. I can also use it just fine from the EU location.
Veeam support will instruct you on the next troubleshooting steps.
