I think this should refer to https://www.veeam.com/kb4704Test-VBORepository: Some sites contain items without parent folders. To resolve this issue, run a full backup for the listed sites. For more details, see the following KB: https://www.veeam.com/kb4707.

Test-VBORepository points to incorrect KB
In the result of Test-VBORepository, when there are issues with parent filders and message to a KB is displayed. However this particular KB holds info for Veeam ONE. This seems to be incorrect.
