Unable to Deploy VB for Google Cloud in a VPC-SC (Service Controls) Environment

We are currently unable to deploy Veeam Backup for Google Cloud (VBGC) in a Google Cloud environment where VPC Service Controls (VPC-SC) are enabled.

Error:
"Worker Pool is required for projects restricted by VPC-SC"

We have been working through multiple trial-and-error troubleshooting steps within the support case, but the issue has remained unresolved for more than one month.

1. The Help Center documentation does not mention any limitations related to VPC Service Controls (VPC-SC). Can you confirm whether VB for Google Cloud is deployable in environments where VPC-SC is enabled?
2. Please help identify all required prerequisite configurations on the GCP side for a successful deployment under VPC-SC restrictions.

Any guidance from the product team or users who have successfully deployed VBGC under VPC-SC would be greatly appreciated.
