Veeam One v13.1.0.7034
After receiving the security email from Veeam I installed the latest "update" which is actually more than just simple security updates which I had expected. It has introduced many new features but more importantly meant the service was unusable for me. I was able to login using the web client but after some time it errored. I was unable at all to login with the installed client. I downloaded the logs and have opened a support call but have since rolled the change back. 08185724
Has anyone else installed this latest update? Any issues?
I have since noticed that after upgrading from v12 to v13 that the domain user credentials are now not visible. I can still login using domain credentials but cannot see those accounts anymore

Re: Veeam One v13.1.0.7034
Hello Paul,
Thanks for the case number. I haven't found anything documented about the reported behavior. After the upgrade, everything should work as expected. I appreciate you sharing the logs. The only caveat is that I'm not sure we'll be able to troubleshoot the issue retroactively after the rollback.
But please continue working with our support engineers.
Thanks

Hello nina_g,
Please also open a support case and provide case ID in this thread so we could collect all the additional details and investigate it accordingly.

We had to roll backup as due to circumstances I was unable to investigate further. I will open a new support call after attempting the upgrade again next month.RomanK wrote: Aug 05, 2026 2:11 pm Hello Paul,

But in a nutshell I could only login using the web client and after some time that errored. I could not see any way to mannage domain users which I actually saw the same experience with the previosu version but hadn't noticed. I reverted the snapshot back to the previosu v13.x

Ignore the info regarding domain users, this was my mistake. This is unrelated to the upgrade. The issue was just related to only being able to install using the web client
