Hi,
KB4820 says Veeam is moving from EWS to Microsoft Graph, but it never mentions public folders.
My concern: Microsoft has said it will not provide any Graph API for public folders after October 2026, and its EWS deprecation page excludes public folder mailboxes from the Graph import/export preview. So there is no API left for this workload.
My question: Will VBM365 still back up and restore public folder mailboxes after April 1, 2027?
I have SMB customers with important data in public folders, and I need to tell them something before October.
Thanks.

Re: Will public folder backup still work after EWS retirement?
Hi Guillaume,
It depends on Microsoft. Currently, there's no support even in beta.
