Hi,
We are using Veeam 9.5 update 4 for which we bought a perpetual Licence (standard edition)
I recently discovered that my backups were no longer being processed. I got a popup window which stated that the perpetual license has expired.
I need advise on what to do, as my enviroment is now no longer backupped.
My support has been dropped a longtime ago, but as others also needed to make a supportCase I did the same: Case #08202991
regards
Marcel

Re: Perpetual License Veeam 9.5 update 4 expired
Hi Marcel,
Welcome to our forum.
Unfortunately, the people behind this forum cannot help you with this. We are from Product Management/R&D and do not have access to product licensing systems.
The only thing I can see in your account on our system is that there is a Veeam Backup Standard license attached to it, with the expiration date 31.07.2027. Therefore, I would double-check on the my.veeam.com portal whether you can still download that license.
If not, please open a case with our Licensing team. The Technical Support team and Veeam Product Management cannot help with this situation. One of my colleagues told me, that this old socket license can be used forever, but our licensing management team may need to extend the license every 10 year.

Best,
Fabian
