Feature Request M365 license alarm

Hello,

Today I have this alarm displayed : "License exceeded for Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365".
I can understand it automatically trigger when there is only 10% license or 10 user available.

My customer has 500 licences and more than 25 available but the alarm is triggered. This is expected.

I would like to be able to change the number for this alarm like 15% or 20% or say only trigger as warning when 20left and error when 10 left.

Here it's very early to get this alarm and the only way I found to not have it often is just to disable it :/

Unfortunately, this is a known case - viewtopic.php?t=86720
We're processing events generated by VB365 and still have no way to change the threshold on our side.

To be honnest, I understand it's a know issue but I don't understand a lot the only given answer (more or less) on the topic is "we are aware of the issue but couldn't do anything yet".
It's a little strange but I guess it's more because there are others things to prioritise on your side.
I'll do the same as the others on the topic, just disable this alarm because I think it's a non sense to be alerted so early

If you are in v13.0 or onwards, you can tweak this with the following RegKey:

Code: Select all

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\\SOFTWARE\\Veeam\\Veeam ONE Monitor\\Service\\VbmLicenseCapacityDepletingThreshold (DWORD, default value is 10)

The number represents a percent(of capacity left until depletion) we trigger alarm on. Restart the VONE services after applied.

If you happen to be in v12.3, we are about to release v12.3P1 that fixes this, or you can open a support ticket and ask for a private fix (939630_v12.3).

I have spoken with Support so they can be aware of this registry key as well, hope we can add this natively to the UI in future releases, thank you!
