Hi guys,

Since upgrading to Veeam Agent 13.1.1.700 I'm seeing this error message:

Why is it backing up as RAW when it is FAT32? Should I be concerned about this?

Doesn't look expected; do you have a support case opened already? If not, please start with a Support Case and let Veeam Support review the situation. I'm not immediately aware of an issue on this, but Support will know more / will be able to diagnose the issue.

Checking again, looks like this may match a newly discovered issue, but this needs to be confirmed by Veeam Support. Please reference internal article KB0075937 in your description (still include logs).

I stupidly opened this ticket using the Support function inside Veeam Agent so it has treated it as a free product.

I have tried to open another ticket using my VeeamB&R account but it is missing from the support drop-down list, I'm only seeing free products, despite having a Veeam Data Platform Essentials Enterprise license paid up until 2028.

including a further problem:
When generating support information (job log for job "xxx"), I receive the following error message:
"Logs export failed Error: Wrong number of desktop objects in job 0"
It works if I select a different job or the backup server. This only happens with the job that also triggers the error "EFI partition 1 on disk 0 will be backed up as a raw partition".

It seems to be an error within the error

Sorry to hear about the secondary challenge, but please let's stay on topic, and remember that per the forum rules, all technical issues need to be addressed through support, only post on the technical issues if the case is already concluded and you have additional questions / comments / requests based on the conclusion.

For the log export error, mention it to your Support engineer, they will create a spin-off case to investigate that separately.

Veeam Support's reply was this:

Our internal team have confirmed that the backups are working as expected and this warning is incorrectly displayed. This behavior will be resolved as part of the next Veeam Backup & Replication (VBR) release (13.2) and as the backups are completing successfully, this warning can be disregarded.
