[Feature Request] Expose MTU to host manager webGUI on both Linux appliance types

Justification: setting MTU to 9000 is very common for storage interfaces but the default value of 1500 is highly preferred for management interfaces. Currently the only way to set MTU is via root shell, which is both (deliberately) difficult to do and also creates the opportunity for other system changes to be made outside the simple scope of editing MTU whether deliberately or by accident.

Correct, the Host Management web UI has no MTU field today.
All advanced networking settings are located in the text UI (TUI), including MTU settings.
Please expect network management settings to be reworked in the future versions, we are currently working on that.

You don't need the root shell for this though. In the Host Management TUI, Host configuration > Advanced network, and the Ethernet section of the connection editor has the MTU field ("(default)" means 1500). Set it to the desired value, confirm with OK, system will prompt for a networking services restart. It works the same on the Veeam Software Appliance and the Veeam Infrastructure Appliance.
