High-DPI problems in console after 13.1 upgrade

I upgraded my home server from 13.0 to 13.1.1.18, and the console seems to be quite a bit more broken in high-DPI mode than in 13.0: Statistics pane for backup doesn't show at all, and all menus open at the top-left of the screen (outside of the window if it's not maximised). The console does warn that it should be run at 100% DPI when started, but considering that my screen is high-DPI, that makes all of the text unusably small.

There is a workaround though – set the DPI compatibility mode for veeam.backup.shell.exe to System, which makes the console work fine (albeit a bit blurry), making me wonder why is it marked as dpiAware at all?
