Upgrade to VBR 13.1.1.18 bring a lot of issues

Hello,

Case #08227901 Restore to Azure - Failed (but the disks were restore and the vm was created)
Case #08223349 — Veeam Helper Applicance Failed to Upgrade

Does anyone is having simular issues like mine?

1 - Can´t upgrade helpers running on Azure (with service principal account) that was running properly until the upgrade.

2. Restore Azure is failing (even the restore is done, we can see disks and vm, we can connect ), but the restore operations fails with kind of permissions issues.
