VBR 13.1.1 upgrade multiple Azure appliance issue

Hi,

No supportcase yet, but the devs can check this fairly easy, but if you want I can create a ticket for this.

When upgrading multiple azure appliances via the VBR , at least after upgrading to 13.1, multiple appliances fail.
The reason in the logfiles for these appliances are:

[10.09.2026 15:25:25.107] Error    97 (1) Error: Failed to check bundles. Code: 'bundleError', Message: "The process cannot access the file 'C:\Windows\SystemTemp\VeeamAzureDeployment\dependencies\veeamazurebackup_9.0.0.347_amd64.deb' because it is being used by another process.

Hi Danny,

We'll need a support case for this anyway to understand from multipe lines from logs why it failed and didn't process in order. Yes, the error may sound clear but there must be a reason why it was locked all the time.

Can you open a case and let us know the case ID?
