Feature Request: Option to change the temp folder

Hello Veeam team, good morning!

I have a problem that we have been dealing with for a long time, which is the Veeam temp folder (default: C:\Windows\SystemTemp) getting bigger during restore/download preparation and stopping the Windows server, due to the C drive getting full.

We solved that problem in a case where Veeam recommended that we change the temp folder by making the following change in the config.xml file:

      <Rest TempFolder = "E:\your_temp_folder_in_a_different_drive" />
    </Options>
  </Archiver>
</Veeam>

That works fine, but with every version upgrade, we lose that configuration, and with 10 different environments, this is a difficult thing to track/fix every upgrade.

So here is my feature request: to add this configuration to the console, and with that, we will not lose it on every upgrade. Also, recommend that users set it to a different drive to avoid Windows crashing during your download preparation.
