+1 For SureBackup. ISO 27001 certification requires us to regularly conduct, document, and demonstrate recovery tests. SureBackup is indispensable for this.

+1, Beside Surebackup I'm using virtual Labs a lot for testing, often multiple times in a month. As we are moving away from VMWare to Proxmox, I don't like to loose that!

For now it would also be ok, if we could do SureBackup for ProxMox VMs on a Hyper-V Virtual Lab, if thats easier

Hi all,
While I cannot share an estimated time of arrival yet, the request for a SureBackup job for Proxmox VE has not been forgotten.
Veeam Backup & Replication 13.1 made the first step by adding Instant Recovery for Proxmox VE (Experimental Support in version 13.1). Instant Recovery will be required for future SureBackup support.
As a workaround, you can use Instant Recovery for manual testing. We plan to introduce REST API support for Proxmox VE workloads in one of the upcoming releases, which would potentially provide another way to automate testing if SureBackup support is not yet available by then.
