Immutable flag/duration somewhere visible in Veeam?

Let me check. If I remember correctly, the “Immutable until” information is based on our new handling of immutable blocks introduced in Veeam Backup & Replication v13 for Direct to Object Storage and Object Storage in the Performance Tier.

We plan to extend this new handling to the Capacity Tier with our next Version 13.1. I’ll verify in our lab whether v13.1 shows this column for Capacity Tier now. If not, I’ll discuss it with the team.

Ugh, so it's another one of those things. Capacity Tier code didn't get updated. This one is not as big of a deal as the other; Not applying the new immutable retention formula found in user guide, but still really wish these exceptions were documented somewhere.

I just upgraded to 13.1 and don't see this feature still.

Hi barks,

The new Capacity Tier immutability method was postponed to our release later this year because we discovered bugs shortly before the v13.1 release.

I’ll wait until we have a near-final build of that release before verifying how it behaves. It doesn't make much sense now to give you an official statement while there are still small things which could change.
