VBR 13.1.1.18 - Veeam.Backup.Satellite process hang?

Are we the only one seeing Veeam.Backup.Satellite process hang after upgrade to VBR 13.1.1.18?
For one VBR after 24h there are 200+ Veeam.Backup.Satellite processes, every one of that process eats up RAM. Case #08242151
Second VBR over 100 process, killed them - 10GB RAM released.
Third VBR i let powershell measure for every 24h Veeam.Backup.Satellite processes count and the results: 2 > 4 > 6 > 13 > 17 > 21.

All VBR servers have antivirus, but we have added the exclusions.

Not immediately aware of any known issues that match so please continue with Support on this. 200+ Satellites popping up like that raises a bit of an eye-brow, but will require a review of the debug logs to tell more, so let's see what Support finds.
