SQL Restore issue after migrating to new vcenter

We have set up a new vcenter within another domain - and migrated servers over to this.
Now I have a restore issue - for and SQL database,

When I start the restore - and after a while mounting restore point i get the following error message:

Database restore failed: <db name>
Failed to call RPC function 'MSiSCSIMountTargetDisk': Connection failed.

Could this be a port issue against the new vcenter.
I so - which ports should have been opened?
