With 9.0 reverse incremental took near 2h, with 9.5, it's like 1h.
Is it "normal"?

We did quite some enhancements in 9.5 and one of those was improving the performance even further (which is a goal we have for each version )
If you read the what's new document (it is a long document ) you will notice that many items under the hood are improved to allow better performance: https://www.veeam.com/pdf/new/veeam_bac ... new_en.pdf
So yes, I would say it is perfectly normal
