Access Denied after updating to vcenter 7.0 Update 3g
I recently updated our 2 vcenter servers from 3c to 3f, then to 3g the following day, and I am getting an Access Denied error in Veeam 11 when access datastores. Backup jobs are also failing. I've double-checked the credentials, rebooted the Veeam server, and tried to remove and re-add the vcenter servers, but it keeps saying access denied. I don't know exactly when this happened, but the only major change in the last week has been the update.
When I try to rediscover it, it stops at "Error: 'Failed to collect disks and volumes info' " and "Disks and volumes discovery failed Error: Access denied."
Any ideas?

That sounds like a technical issue. Please provide a support case ID for this issue, as requested when you click New Topic.
Without case number, the topic will eventually be deleted by moderators.
Please make sure that you to use the latest version (V11a).

This does not seem to be a general issue with the latest version. I updated our Vcenter from 3e first to 3f and then to 3g last week and also our 3 esxi Servers from 3e to 3f and we don't have any problems, everything works as before (backup and restore). So I agree with mildur that your best way is to contact the support.
