Hi
I have a VM, let's call it SQL1. It is backed up in several ways, all 'application aware'. If I right click on the VM in the following areas, I get the result next to it:
Disk - 'Application items' missing, only see 'Guest items'. Other 'disk' backups for other SQL servers are showing the 'application items' menu correctly.
Disk (copy) - 'Application items' is there and works fine! - This is a GFS point created from the 'disk' backup mentioned above, so don't understand why the 'disk' one is not working...
Snapshots - 'Application items' is there and works fine!
It is the same for my colleagues as well, so not just an issue with my console. Any ideas!?
Thanks
Chris

Re: 'Application items' restore missing from context menu
Assuming application aware processing has applied for the said VM correctly, application-item restore should be shown as available option in the backups view. The described case does not look expected, so, reach our support team for the further investigation. Thanks!

Re: 'Application items' restore missing from context menu
OK. I think it is a UI bug because I think I have seen this happen before, then resolve itself, with no changes to the backed up VMs or Veeam config.
I already have several Veeam cases open for other issues so can't handle any more at the moment. Will re-visit when I have managed to get some of the others closed!
