B&R 6.5 after patch3

i've a strange problem in my vmware 4.1/veem 6.5 patch3 organization.
After apply patch3 all backup and replication jobs takes more than 40min of "Processing VM" per guest!!.

Before this patch few second max per guest.
This occour in every backup proxy updated to patch3.
Nothing change in the infrastructure.

Can somone help me ? is it possible to rollback simply installing the patch1 6.5 version?
