We have a customer getting a new server with free esxi running two Windows VMs, one SBS and one 2k8R2. He'd like to back up the way he does now; plug in one of three USB drives, backup runs overnight, swap the drive the next day and take the one home with a backup on it. Will Veeam accomodate this, both from allowing a backup device to be plugged into the physical host/usb and the drive swapping?
Thanks!

Re: Backup to USB Drives
Chuck, please note that though it might be possible to backup free ESXi due to some changes in vSphere 5, generally it is not supported (this is covered in Veeam B&R release notes).
Regarding backing up to USB drives, please review this topic: Veeam Backup & Removable Media (rotated drives). Hope this helps.
