hello , i use the V7 of veam back and restoration and i would like to backup my VCSA but when i launch the backup a receive an error after above 30sec.
the error message is : Job finished with error at 28/08/2013 17:05:23.
in first time i would like to know if the veam backup product can backup VCSA ?
in second time i would like to know how i can had more result of the error because : " job finished with error + date " is not a real decription of the error... i would like to know more about. are there a log fil for this ?

John, to have more information about the error, please select the particular VM in the list in the left panel of the job statistics window. Also, with all technical issues it's always better to contact technical support directly (as explained when you click New Topic). Thanks!
