Cloud Connect Replica - Case # 01901463

Post by PrecisionIT »

Hi all,

First let me start by saying this is our test case for rolling out Cloud Connect to all of our clients. We are the SP and source. We are running the latest update.

When we run the job, we get the error "Processing configuration" then the warning "No static IP addesses detected for VM <vmname>, network extension is not possible"

I have checked the gateway and it is set, I think on both the SP and source.

Any direction would be great.

Thanks!

Static IPs are not automatically collected for Linux-based VMs. So, in order to avoid issues during failover you will have to fill "Default Gateways" manually.

Also, kindly, apply to Cloud & Service Providers forum group to get access to the dedicated VCSP forum section, as your post will be moved there soon.

Thanks.
