Email notifications disappears....

Hi

Small 9.5U4a (2753) installation with 6 replication jobs.

Until may 26th when we patched to 2753 we received 6 notifications every morning regarding the 6 jobs.

Now we receive 1,2,3, 4, 5 or 6 reports in the morning. All jobs runs perfect - but some reports just disappears. Network guys states that they have not changed anything. SMTP guy says that they have not changed anything. "Test message" runs fine every time we press the button in General Options - Email settings.

Where do I search to find the root cause of this problem ?

Hi Andre,

I'd check the SMTP server logs first to make sure the reports have been sent out, you may also try rebooting B&R server itself.
