Error to disabledProxy Veeam

I use Veeam BACKUP AND REPLICATION on a windows 2012 r2. And it has installed an PROXY Veeam on another server with windows 2008 r2. I wanted to disable PROXY Veeam server and let the PROXY Veeam service operating only on the same server where it is installed Veeam BACKUP AND REPLICATION..


I have followed the procedure to go Backup Infrastructure> Backup Proxies and select DISABLE PROXY .. but when I run a job with the PROXY Veeam server (WINDOWS 2008 R2) the JOB returns an error


Error:

"Unable to allocate processing resources. Error: All backup proxies are offline, outdated or currently being processed."

Can a help me plz?

Can you run the rescan procedure against the proxy server which is still online and then re-run the backup job?

Aren't you trying to back up the Veeam B&R server itself? What transport mode settings does the default proxy have?

Also, it wouldn't harm to check the job doesn't have the disabled proxy explicitly assigned to it (Settings -> Storage -> Backup Proxy). Thanks.
