every Backupjob failed with the same Disk error

since Friday we try to solve this problem...

Every VM in all Jobs failed with the same error
18.05.2015 23:08:47 :: Failed to create processing task for VM VMname01 Error: Disk '64084048-47b7-4951-9287-bea1f275b248' not found. 
18.05.2015 23:08:47 :: Failed to create processing task for VM VMname02 Error: Disk '64084048-47b7-4951-9287-bea1f275b248' not found. 
18.05.2015 23:08:47 :: Failed to create processing task for VM VMname03 Error: Disk '64084048-47b7-4951-9287-bea1f275b248' not found. 

and when we try to do an active full scan it will bring us this messages...
